Each week in our service we pray for our church, our network and our world. If you would like to let us know about prayer points for the Pastoral Care Team to be praying about please fill out our contact card here. We also have a prayer meeting each Sunday before church from 9-9:30, which you’re always welcome at.
Our Church | Today we’re praying for our church’s aim to be on mission in our community. Let’s pray for confidence in the Gospel that we might be willing to share the reason for the hope that we have with those around us. We can pray especially that God would bless plans for another Taste and See course to run in September.
Our Networks | Today we’re praying for the Bible College of South Australia. We can give thanks for Luke joining us this morning to preach from Psalm 34. We can also give thanks for a great semester of teaching and for the hard work of staff and students. Let’s also pray that BCSA’s efforts to encourage people to consider training for Christian ministry would be fruitful, that more would be willing to offer themselves for formal training and service. Our World | Today we’re praying for the poor, oppressed and marginalised in this world. Let’s pray that the God who is against evil, and who cares about the plight of those who suffer; would bring swift justice and mercy for those who call on him.
