Each week in our service we pray for our church, our network and our world. If you would like to let us know about prayer points for the Pastoral Care Team to be praying about please fill out our contact card here. We also have a prayer meeting each Sunday before church from 9-9:30, which you’re always welcome at.
Our Church | Let’s pray today that we would be a church that goes on growing together to be more like Jesus – that we would be mature disciples. We can give thanks for the many ways we grow, through God’s word, through our time together on Sundays, through our weekly growth groups, through prayer and time with God, through informal times we spend together.
Our Networks | Today we’re praying for the Trinity Churches in the northern part of the city (Para Hills, Modbury, Campbelltown, Golden Grove). Let’s pray particularly for the team of youth and leaders from these churches who are this week on a mission trip in Roxby Downs – pray for great encouragement and fruit from the holiday club they are running. We can also give thanks for the recent combined gathering in the north, and pray for the proposal for an evening service starting in the coming years.
Our World | Let’s remember in prayer our workplaces, community groups and the organisations we are involved with week-by-week. Let’s pray particularly that we would shine like lights for the gospel in the places we spend our weeks.
