• What is my picture of REST?
• How could using the language of REST and Restlessness be employed better in my personal evangelism to describe the gospel and its impact?
• Of the four tips suggested for securing rest, which one is most relevant to my circumstances at the moment?

• Confess to Jesus the areas in your life where you can tend to be unhelpfully driven
• Pray for not yet Christians in your life who struggle to rest and ask God to open a door for you to share how you rest
