Come join us for a BYO picnic lunch after church on January 25th!
It’s wonderful to see people warmly welcoming newcomers and old friends alike. January is a time when we’re meeting people who might be with us for the first time, as well as catching up with others returning from Summer holidays. So we thought it’d be fun to carry on the conversation over a BYO picnic lunch after church on Sunday January 25 at Wattle Reserve. It’s just a short drive or 10 minute walk around the corner and down Wattle Avenue. There is plenty of lawn for a picnic rug or folding chair. There’s space for a bit of cricket or basketball and the little ones love the playground or there’s the chance to go for a beach walk afterwards too. Bring food from home, make use of the BBQ or just grab some take-away down on Jetty Road. There are no formalities, just a chance to get to catch up or get to know one another a little better over lunch.
Let’s enjoy the blessing of being the people of the King, enjoying the family he welcomes us into.
