Our Church | Pray for our Kids Church Leaders. Give thanks for their faithful service, their flexibility over the challenges of the past couple of years, and give thanks for the way our kids are growing to know Jesus better. Pray that as the new year begins and a few people move away we’ll continue to have enough leaders, and that our leaders would continue to enjoy and thrive in their service.
Our Network | Pray for our Trinity Church Woodcroft. Give thanks for the joyful, generous and other-person-centred family God is growing in the church. Pray for the leaders of the various church ministries and pray that leaders would continue to be raised up so that those ministries would grow. Pray also for lots of people to visit over the Summer and for many to stick and be keen to investigate Jesus.
Our World | Pray for peace around our world. Pray for de-escalation of the threat of war between Russia and the Ukraine. Pray for the situation in Afghanistan and particularly for justice and rights for women and for those who find themselves oppressed by the new reigime. Pray for peace in Ethiopia and the Sudan. Pray that the gospel of Jesus is able to spread in these areas where conflict is rife.
