Our Church | Pray for our musicians and vocalists. Thank God for their service to us and their faithfulness in serving despite COVID restrictions making their task harder. Thank God too for those who serve us by doing sound and running the projector slides, and pray for more who might serve us in all these areas. Pray for our congretation, that as we sing and are lead in worship that our affections might be stired and our hearts might overflow with love for Chirst.
Our Network | Pray for Trinity Church Tonsley. Pray for those heading to the plant from Colonel Light Gardens as well as those heading the plant from Brighton. Pray that they would have great faith as they navigate change and great eagerness to share Jesus with those in the Tonsley area. Pray for all the logisitcs of getting a new church started, that things would happen smoothly, and pray for the leadership of the new plant as well as Cam Maxwell, planting pastor.
Our World | Pray for Christians around the world who are persecuted. We are sadened that this years ‘World Watch List’ puts persecution of Christians at its highest ever level. Pray that persecuted Christians will remain steadfast, finding strength in Christ and sharing the gospel, no matter the cost. Pray that those who persecute Christians will come to know the love of Jesus. Pray particularly for Christians in China as new restrictions have stopped online ministry; such a wonderful tool during the pandemic. Pray for wisdom and perseverence.
