Our Church | We pray that as a church we would continue to reach people with the good news of Jesus. We pray that next week’s Easter services would be warm, inviting and that many would come to hear and reflect on the Easter Message. We pray too that events like Simon’s upcoming commissioning would be good opportunities to reach out into our commuinty. May we be a community ready to accept and welcome anyone who’s interested in finding out more about Jesus and faith.
Our Partner | We pray for Kristy, serving with CMS in South East Asia. We pray for her ongoing adjustment to a new culture and language learning – may she continue to feel at home in her new part of the world. Help her as she teaches English and makes new connections. Help her to feel the love and support of her ministry partners and supporters back in Australia.
Our World | We pray that across our city more would be raised up as leaders in churches and in other ministries. We pray that you would stir people’s hearts, showing them that the harvest is plentiful and the workers are few. May you show people the need and the opportunities to serve. We pray too that good training programs and institutions would help people feel confident to grow and be able to lead in various ways.
