Pastor’s Letter – May 12

Pastor’s Letter – May 12

Hi All,

There’s some exciting things to pray for & look forward to this weekend:

  1. Pray for a great kickoff for our youth group for term 2. Friday night is an outing to a Bowling and Laser Skirmish night. Pray that those who come along can grow in friendships and be encouraged to keep connecting at youth.
  2. Pray for the blokes heading along to Adelaide Men’s Convention on Saturday as they hear about service from speaker Al Stewart. If you’re heading along and would like to meetup with a few others from Brighton – Paul Merenda is going to be at Hark Coffee Roasters on Unley Road from 8:30am.
  3. Pray (and come along) for a great service this Sunday as we welcome John Warner from Bush Church Aid. It’s also Mother’s Day so we’re trying something a bit special and putting on some Ham and Cheese Croissants before church. We’ll have them ready about 9:15 so come along a bit early and grab a coffee / tea and a croissant to celebrate a special day!

Hope to see you across the weekend,

Matt
