Each week in our service we pray for our church, our network and our world. If you would like to let us know about prayer points for the Pastoral Care Team to be praying about please fill out our contact card here. We also have a prayer meeting each Sunday before church from 9-9:30, which you’re always welcome at.
Our Church | Today we’re praying for Trinity Kids. Let’s give thanks for our minis and mixers programs and for all our kids who are involved. We can pray for the leaders who prepare and lead faithfully each Sunday and for the helpers who help these programs be such fantastic times together as our kids grow to know more of Jesus. Let’s also pray for our parents as they seek to care for their kids and point them to Christ.
Our Networks | Today we’re praying for Lauren and the ES ministry at Flinders Uni. Let’s give thanks for the wonderful Easter Mission that took place a couple of weeks ago and that students were able to host a stall across the week, giving away Easter eggs, hot cross buns, and playing a “Jesus or AI” challenge. Let’s pray that the many good conversations the students had would lead to a growing curiosity about Jesus. We can also give thanks for the many guests who came along to the dialogue dinner on the Thursday night of the week and that there is so much interest in the gospel. Let’s pray that the guests who came along would come to believe in Jesus and know the real and certain hope he offers!
Our World | Let’s pray today for our workplaces, and the community organisations we’re involved with each week. We can pray for encouragement, energy and strength in our work and volunteering and that we would serve well for the sake of Jesus. Let’s also pray that we can live as lights to those around us and that we might be ambitious with the potential for the good news to go forth in the places we serve.
