Our Church | We pray for our kids and kids church. We thankyou for our leaders. Thanks for their service and flexibility, particulary with so much change and transition over the past few months. Thanks for the encouragement as we see our kids learning and growing in Jesus. Help our kids to continue to place more and more trust in Jesus as they grow older. Be with Jane Finlayson and the senior kids leaders as they keep thinking about how best to run our kids ministry going forward – we ask for wisdom and guidance.
Our Partner | We pray for Bush Church Aid. We pray this morning for the McDonald family, and the church they lead in Roxby Downs. Thanks for the support they’ve been able to find in the training cohort Glen has joined. Pray for the mission trip that the young people of some of the northern Trinity Churches are doing to Roxby in the upcoming school holidays.
Our World | We pray for our political leaders. Thankyou for an election last week in South Australia, marked by peace and respect on both sides. Pray for Peter Malinauskas and the new Labor government. May they lead our state with wisdom and compassion. We pray too for world leaders involved in the Ukraine conflict and we pray for quick de-escalation and for peace.
