Prayer Points – May 15th

Our Church | We pray this morning that we would be a church that would reach our local area with the good news of Jesus. We pray for honesty and boldness in speaking about the reasons for the hope that we have. We pray that we’d be a church ready to welcome anyone who wants to find out more about Jesus. We pray that God would reveal himself to many in our local area.

Our Partner | We pray for Bush Church Aid. We thankyou for John Warner and the opportunities he’s had to preach in Darwin recently. We thankyou for the success of the recent Bible and Bush nights in Adelaide. We pray too for the McDonald family and the church in Roxby Downs, particularly after the postponement of the mission trip where members of some of the Trinity Churches were planning to spend a week in Roxby. We pray the trip can be rescheduled.

Our World | This morning we thank God for the many workers who enable us to go about our daily lives. For those who keep us safe like those in the police forces. For healthcare workers and first responders. For those who work in the supply chain to help us have food on the table each day. Thank God for his many blessings and the wonderful place we have to live in.
