Our Church | We’re praying this morning that we’d be a church that participates and is fruitful in Jesus’ mission to make and grow disciples. Pray that we’d be people who’d look for and take opportunities to share our hope with others. We’re praying particularly for our upcoming Christmas mission that this would create many opportunities and see many want to come and join us to hear about the hope Jesus offers this Christmas.
Our Gospel Network | This morning we’re praying for Lauren and the ministry at Flinders ES. We’re giving thanks and praying for this year’s graduates, giving thanks for the wonderful outward looking culture they’ve set at ES, and praying that their faithfulness would continue into life outside of uni. We’re also praying for Lauren, that she would continue to grow in trusting her heavenly father, particularly as she seeks to raise financial support for next year and also looks to find new housing.
Our World | This morning we’re praying for our workplaces. We pray that as each member of our church goes into their office, their school, their construction site, the place they volunteer, or any other place of work, that they would go as a representative of Jesus. That they would faithfully work as if working for Jesus. We pray that our workplaces would be places of healty cultures, care and productivity. And that our workplaces would be great mission fields for the gospel.
