Our Church | Today we’re praying for our youth (high school aged members). We can pray that our youth would keep growing in knowledge of God as they engage with the Bible on Friday nights at youth group and through our Sunday youth discussion. We can thank God too for our leaders and pray especially for Matt, Juliet and Joel who are having a go at giving youth talks this term.
Our Network | This morning we’re praying for the ‘Northern’ Trinity Churches – Modbury, Golden Grove, Pooraka and Campbelltown. We can give thanks for the recent workshop these churches ran on ‘sharing faith’, and pray for their subsequent mission focus time where members of these churches are asking friends and family about life’s ‘Big Questions’. In particular they’re trying to ask people the question – “What do you think God is like?”. We can pray this would be a really fruitful opportunity!
Our World | We’re praying this morning for our political leaders. Lets be thankful for them and ask that God would grant them wisdom and hearts full of compassion.
